This Refund Policy governs all purchases of subscriptions, plans, add-ons, digital products, connectors, templates, and services provided by A Time for Ventures LLC d/b/a Gorilla ROI (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1) GENERAL RULE

All subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly provided below.

Access to the Service is provisioned immediately upon successful payment and constitutes full and complete delivery of the subscription service.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, unused time, inactivity, or failure to use the Service.

2) 30-DAY GUARANTEE – FIRST SUBSCRIPTION ONLY

A refund may be requested only for the first-ever subscription payment on a new account and only within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial purchase date.

To qualify:

  1. The request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase.
  2. The subscription must be canceled through the account settings prior to submitting the request.
  3. The request must be sent to support@gorillaroi.com from the account email.

This guarantee applies only to the initial subscription charge.

It does not apply to:

• Renewal payments
• Upgrades
• Add-ons
• Overage charges
• Additional seats
• Custom services
• Digital templates
• Priority support
• Subsequent subscriptions

After thirty (30) calendar days from the initial purchase, the subscription is non-refundable.

3) RENEWALS ARE FINAL

All renewal charges are final and non-refundable.

Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund.

Inactivity, failure to log in, business closure, personnel changes, or failure to monitor billing dates do not qualify for a refund.

4) TRIAL CONVERSIONS

If a trial period is offered, you are responsible for canceling prior to the trial conversion date.

Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, the resulting charge is considered the first subscription payment and is governed by Section 2 above.

Failure to cancel before trial conversion does not automatically qualify for a refund.

5) BILLING ERROR CLAIMS

If you believe a billing error occurred, you must notify support@gorillaroi.com within seven (7) calendar days of the charge date.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe constitutes acknowledgment that the charge is valid and authorized.

6) CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

You agree to contact support@gorillaroi.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first seeking resolution through our support process constitutes a violation of this Policy and the Terms of Use.

In the event of a chargeback:

• Your account may be immediately suspended.
• Access may be permanently terminated.
• You remain liable for all valid charges.
• We reserve the right to recover chargeback fees and administrative costs.
• We may provide billing records, login logs, IP records, acceptance timestamps, and renewal disclosures as evidence.

Fraudulent or abusive disputes may be reported to the payment processor.

7) METHOD OF REFUND

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method in U.S. Dollars.

Processing times depend on the payment provider.

8) POLICY CONTROLS

This Refund Policy controls over any customer expectations, assumptions, or prior communications not expressly stated herein.

9) CHANGES

We may update this Refund Policy prospectively. Updates do not apply retroactively.
